I just received a copy of The Pose Method of Running by Dr Nicholas Romanov in the post last night and I have begun reading it.  The front cover claims that it will  help me:

Radically change my form
Eliminate Injuries
Enhance endurance
Raise speed
Reduce recovery time
Increase flexibility
Improve coordination

Quite a list of benefits!
